We provided information on local laws and regulations in Vietnam, country risk information, etc., in accordance with the purpose of our client's overseas operations, and provided advice on selecting areas for expansion.

We supported our clients' commercialization plans, and business start-up procedures, introducing local lawyers and consultants, and supported them in drafting basic plans.

We took advantage of our network in Vietnam to gather information on land suited to the needs of our client and to accompany them on site visits.

At the time of the basic plan and outline design, we held regular meetings with our client, took full account of their needs, and prepared basic design drawings in accordance with local regulations.
At the time of detailed design, we made rational proposals according to the construction budget of the client, discussed detailed plans such as interior design, and drew up an implementation plan.

Even after the start of construction, we continued to discuss design changes and other matters in accordance with the client's developing needs, and adhered to the construction schedule and safety objectives. We also conducted tests and inspections with the client, such as intermediate and completion inspections.

After handing over, we continue to participate in school events such as enrollment ceremonies, graduation ceremonies and school festivals, helping to manage the university as a whole.

We continue to provide long-term support not only for any repair work during the maintenance period, but also for renovation plans for the future.
