Contributing a Japan-quality workplace for local market

Taisei Corporation (President: Yoshiro AIKAWA) announces the commencement of the construction of “TAISEI HANOI OFFICE TOWER” (the “Project”), scheduled for completion by May 2024. In 2020, subsidiary company “Taisei Development Hanoi Co. Ltd.” was established in Vietnam to carry out project implementation as in planning, design, construction and all legal procedures required by local government.

The Project aims to offer local market a comfortable yet sustainable workplace of Japan-quality. Taisei’s international subordinate companies joined hands as a team through the investment, design, construction, and management of the Project. “VINATA INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd.”, a 100% funded subsidiary by Taisei Corporation takes design-and-build contractor’s role of this international grade office building project.

The Project site is located on Ring Road No. 3, approximately 8 km to the west from the city center of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem Lake), which provides convenient access to Noi Bai International Airport and major industrial parks surround Hanoi. The Project building consists of a podium for retails, 18 stories of office space and 4 basement floors of automobile/motorbike parking.

Taisei Corporation positions Real Estate Development Business as one of the top priorities in “Medium-term Business Plan (2021-2023)” and strives to build a system which ensures stable income from the business while enhancing our portfolio. We consider the Project as our flagship overseas development and continue to engage proactively in international real estate development business focusing on Vietnamese and Southeast Asian market.
